Adobo Pork


This was the most tender pork ever!!!

Adobo Pork
3 lbs pork, cut into pieces
1 C water
1 C rice vinegar
¼ C soy sauce

Combine everything in a pot, bring to a boil then let simmer for about 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
