Homemade Pizza and Sourdough Starter Day 2

I love pizza, especially Canadian Bacon and Pineapple Pizza. I always wanted to learn how to make pizza at home and this was much easier than I expected. I am trying to make dinner at home everyday in an effort to save money but there are still take out foods that I really, really want sometimes.

Homemade Pizza Sauce
Italian seasoning to taste
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 (4 oz) cans tomato sauce
Fresh minced garlic to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, simmer for about 5 minutes and then use to top pizza.

Breadmaker Pizza Dough

1 1/3 C water
2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp cornmeal
3 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine, according to manufacturer's directions and run dough setting. Remove dough from the machine when done and divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll the dough into two rectangular pizzas that will fit on 2 separate cookie sheets. Drizzle olive oil across the top of the crusts and prebake at 450 degrees for ten minutes. Remove the crust and add the pizza sauce and any desired toppings. Place into the oven for ten to fifteen minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked/heated through.

For a quick update on the sourdough starter, it looks very good nice and bubbly and I am looking forward to some fresh baked sourdough in a couple of days.
